We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
3. Free Sample Policy
We offer one free sample summary per user, subject to the following conditions:
- One Per Email: Limited to one free sample per email address
- Verification Required: You must provide a valid email address for delivery
- Video Limitations: Free samples may be subject to video length restrictions (typically under 2 hours)
- No Guarantee: Free samples are provided "as-is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness
- Anti-Abuse: We reserve the right to deny free samples if we detect abuse or fraudulent activity
Attempting to circumvent the one-sample limit (e.g., using multiple email addresses) may result in permanent account suspension.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing

- Tier 3 (30-99 active customers): 20% recurring commission
- Tier 4 (100+ active customers): 25% recurring commission
10.2 Affiliate Requirements
- You must apply and be approved before promoting our Services
- You must use provided tracking links for all referrals
- You may not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or trademark bidding
- You may not self-refer or create fake accounts to earn commissions
10.3 Payment Terms
- Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, 30 days after the end of each month
- Minimum Payout: $50 minimum balance required for payout
- Refunds and Chargebacks: Commissions are reversed if customers request refunds or dispute charges

11. Termination
